Magnesium bisglycinate (also known as glycinate) is a form of magnesium that is bound to the amino acid glycine. This means that it is small enough to pass through your cell walls so that your body can absorb and utilise the magnesium more readily.
Magnesium is a mineral which contributes to the functioning of the nervous system, muscle function and can also help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
This product also gives the added benefits of our L-Theanine & L-Ornithine Complex, and is free from fillers, stearates and magnesium oxide.
