Yes, the service is free.  You would have to make a note when placing your order that you will be collecting from our warehouse, otherwise it will be shipped. 

We are proud to be one of the few truly Irish Food Supplement manufacturers in Ireland. We are based in Ballinasloe, Co. Galway.

Unfortunately we currently cannot ship to the UK.

We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible and usually when you order we will have your order ready for shipping within 2/3 days. Delivery general it takes 1-2 working days via GLS.  Tracking information will be sent to you once the order has shipped.

When your order ships you will receive a tracking link to the email address you provided at checkout.

Note: We only ship to Ireland. Orders within Ireland over €50 are shipped free of charge. Orders under that are charged at a flat rate of €5.95.

If you would like to change or cancel your order, it may be possible if the order has not yet been processed. Please contact us by phone on 0909 643561. If the order has been processed and shipped, cancelling or amending it will not be possible.

In the top right hand corner of the home page you will see an icon of a person, with the word 'Account' beside it. Click the link and you will have a choice of logging in or opening a new account.

In the top right hand corner of the homepage you’ll see a person icon. From here you can log in and manage your saved addresses, orders and other aspects of your account.

We will not rent or sell your personal information to other companies, agencies or individuals. We may use your information to improve the content of our site, to customise the site to your preferences, to communicate information to you (if you have requested it), to carry out your purchases and for our marketing and research purposes. We do not recommend that children under 18 years of age be given supplements designed for adults due to both dosing reasons and swallowing difficulties. Please contact your doctor before taking any food supplement if you have any medical condition.
